I'm a Business and Coaching Psychologist with a background in management development and HR. I'm also a Master Practitioner of NLP with a full level B certification in occupational testing. I have a BA Hons in Social Sciences, an MSc in Applied Psychology, an MA in Industrial Relations, and a Diploma in Management Studies.

As well as being a Chartered Scientist and a Chartered Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, I'm: a  Principal Member of the Association of Business Psychologists, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a Member of the International Stress Management Association, a Founder Member of the Association for Coaching, a Member of the Association of Career Professionals International, a Charter Member of the International Positive Psychology Association, and hold membership in other international professional associations.
